THESE PROVISIONS REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ABIDE BY THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION PROVISION AND THE CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER PROVISION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ANY AND ALL USE OF THE PLATFORM.

We retain sole discretion to remove any User Content from our Platform for any reason.
